魚魚魚魚魚


養貓養得久,連自己也變了貓。近日愛上吃魚,生的熟的鑵頭的新鮮的,任何煮法皆可。今晚煎兩件鹽醃三文魚,伴迷你Portobello菇與車厘茄。天氣持續寒冷,要吃點澱粉質才有能量。所以也煮了五穀米混白飯,上面灑海苔飯素。五穀米煮熟了也是脆脆的,很香。

did you buy the salmon already marinated? I can't find this type of 'cut'....
it's like japanese style cutting... :(
all i see here is steak (with a bone in the middle) or the fillet cut :(

yea it's already marinated. bought from Sogo. it's skin is the best part of it :P

Yes! this cut is probably japanese cut :( i can only buy this from japanese store (also marinated)..very tasty.
